Horrible Experience |

I am extremely disappointed in the "service" we recieved. After being dropped off at our requested location, the driver gave me his cell phone number to call when we were ready to leave. The driver did not speak enough English to understand me when I called later to tell him we would be readly in half an hour. We waited outside where he asked us to for 45 minutes and called him repeatedly asking if he was on his way. He finally began arguing with me and told me he was waiting there the whole time and I must not have see him. We were standing on the curb with our bags for 45 minutes. He was not there. When he finally rolled up he was still arguing with me and said it was my fault that I couldn't find the car. After charging $100 for the round trip we were told, as we were dropped off, that it was cash only. At no time were we told this, and no where on-line or in the phone book does it state that this is a "cash only" service. No apology. And no tip - a first for me. |
