Totally Unprofessional! AVOID |

Fred's Limousine was booked for an event for Sunday afternoon on Nov 1. Reservations were made a month prior to event and also reconfirmed a week prior. At 1AM on Nov 1, the owner calls and cancels, citing they had a computer issue and lost the details. He asked what rate was quoted and when told "$450" he said that was impossible (TOTAL LIE!) and wouldn't do it for less than $550. Remember this was at 1AM Sunday morning. He then called back and said he'd do it for $500. Remember, this was the DAY OF THE EVENT. Who calls a client (or anyone) at 1AM? Totally unprofessional... |
